The Creative Unit was founded in 2023 by experienced journalists Neil Camilleri and Giuseppe Attard. Neil and Giuseppe met while working at a local newspaper, becoming good friends when they realised they shared the same passion for content and storytelling.

Neil is a seasoned journalist and editor, while Giuseppe hails from a videography, photography and graphic design background.

Their friendship solidified when they travelled to Ukraine as war reporters in 2022.

Having experienced the endless possibilities in the media sector, they later decided to start a freelance business … hence The Creative Unit was born.
